Kinky core strength training class

We are putting together a group class on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM.

This class will be strictly limited to the first 10 adventurous kinksters who register. The workouts consist of the combination of strength and flexibility core work. Work out in a safe, fun and kinky environment with fellow open-minded kinksters just like you. All shapes, sizes, sexes and fitness levels are welcome. Participants are welcome to work out naked or outfitted in any fetish-wear of their choice. 100% discretion is guaranteed and expected of all. Hoods are welcome to be worn during the work out for those needing a greater degree of discretion.

It’s a six week intensive program to gain strength, improve flexibility and mobility in the joints and lose body fat. Nutrition and fitness tips will be discussed at every work out.

Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat, all other equipment will be provided. Participants have the option to wear shoes or not, it’s their choice.

The following kinky activities will be considered: Chastity, CBT, spanking, whipping, paddling, flogging, boot worship, foot worship, verbal humiliation.

Absolutely no sexual touching or play.

I need to thank Femdom Fitness for being so understanding. What happened was I cracked/bruised some ribs. I messaged Lady Nyx and told her I had to quit and I was only 4 sessions in with her. Now three weeks later I messaged her just to tell her thanks for what she taught me, sorry I had to quit, and I wished her well. I assumed that since I quit I lost out on the remaining sessions I had not used. To my surprise she messaged back and said no problem and that if I wanted to continue she would allow me to use the remaining sessions I had left. I thought that was so nice and very generous of her.

I told her great, I should be ready to continue in a week or so. I also told her I was able to get my chastity device on finally (it’s really tight) I have never worn one before and after just a few hours of having it on I started thinking wow if she takes the keys that is going to be giving up a lot of control. She says men locked up become more obedient and focused, after having it on for just a few hours I already could tell what she was talking about it was definitely a different feeling imagining if she had the key and I couldn’t control when I could “get off”. Hopefully my ribs are fully healed next week so my training can continue.

my 4th session with Femdom Fitness was scheduled for June 19, I ended up canceling (only giving her 3 hours notice) until today June 21. I was nervous today because I didn’t know if she was upset at my cancellation and because on my way there she told me to stop at Starbucks for her and instead of saying Yes Ma’am I questioned her. The text I received back basically let me know I was going to be meeting with a pissed off trainer. This is the first time I have pissed her off so I did not know what to expect.

So upon arriving (she was looking beautiful as usual) I gave her the Starbucks and a gift. She said thank you and went right into my training. I could tell she was not very happy with me. I did several sets of exercises involving more cardio than in the past three sessions. Then I was sent outside to run, upon arriving back she was at the door told me to get inside and get down on my knees. I was then told that I will not cancel on her again without at least 24 hours notice and she asked if I understood, which I did. Still in kneeling position she said get your face on the floor. She then whipped my butt with her crop 10 times then demanded a proper apology. Which of course I gave because her crop Stings and I would recommend avoiding it. Then it was back to more sets of exercises and sent out for another run. She told me when I left I better beat my last time. I was 6 seconds slower, once again I was sent inside to kneel. I then received a very stern lecture about questioning her, she even grabbed my face while lecturing me which I will be honest I was scared she was going to slap it, but she didn’t. I was once again told to get my face on the floor and I was going to get 10 with the crop for questioning her and six for being six seconds slower than my first run time. I was thinking to myself I hope I can take 16. I took all 16 and I will say I was glad when it was over. She then demanded another proper apology, which I was happy to give. After that there was some ab work and then an exhausting last set of exercises.

At the end of our session she pulled out a pair of her panties she had worked out in and I was informed I will be wearing them to bed every night until I meet her for my 5th session. I saw another side of Femdom Fitness (Lady Nyx) today, I learned she is very fair but also very firm. I would strongly recommend not to disobey her. I learned my (well deserved) lesson the hard way today she has no tolerance for disobedience. She is great trainer both fitness and Mistress. I look forward to my next session and I do not want to walk into a pissed off trainer again.
