From the first ten minutes of the workout I knew that there would be no slacking on my part. There’s really no better motivation than being bare and vulnerable, and at the direction of a strong, beautiful Domme.
She started me out with a warm-up/stretching to get my heart rate up (as if it weren’t from the second I was kneeling at Her feet). From there She put me through my paces with a thorough kettlebell and body-weight circuit. It’s quite the interesting feeling being plugged and hooded while performing broad jumps, kettle bell squats and presses, and burpees.
If my form wasn’t correct, I was corrected. Firmly.
Forget a part of the circuit? Ten strikes. At least I got an opportunity to choose which flogger, paddle, or crop She would use.
After an hour I was exhausted, and dripping sweat, knowing that there would be no way I could’ve accomplished alone what I was able to under Mistresses firm direction.
I cannot wait to be in front of Her again.

Today was a truly great experience. You did a fantastic job of walking me through everything as a novice while also pushing my limits. It was a different and enjoyable experience to break a sweat and being stretched as far as I could handle all while having a friendly discussion about my kinks and deficiencies.

Can’t wait for my next workout session.

I just completed my first training session with Lady Nyx and it exceeded my expectations.  Lady Nyx made me feel comfortable introducing me to the program.
She challenged me through out the session and was able to figure out the extent of my fitness and pushed my limitations. I felt I had a great workout and I look forward more workouts with Lady Nyx. She is a strict and loving Goddess.

Consultation

I had the pleasure of finally being able to schedule my consultation with Mistress after a week of introductions. During our intial in-person consultation, I was able to meet her downtown for a meet-and-greet and for us to both get comfortable with each other. After learning about her background (quite the fitness resume) and discussing my goals and kinks over a few glasses of wine, we were able to schedule our first session together the very next day. I was immediately intoxicated by her beauty and firm control and was anxious to see her again.

Training Session 1

Upon my prompt arrival and having the honor of seeing Mistress in her stunning workout gear, our initial training session began. Within minutes, I was sweating and out-of-breath as Mistress continued to push my fitness level to its limits. Mistress had me strip upon arrival, inspected my body, and then began training which included intense cardio (burpees then running up stairs for push-ups then running back down stairs for burpees etc.).

We then continued body core workouts, including abs, triceps, biceps, and chest before we went outside for lunges up-and-down the alley way. After cool down stretches, Mistress also suggested nutrition and fitness tips that I continued to implement to this day. I could not wait to schedule another follow-up schedule, not only as a way to improve my fitness, but to also submit myself entirely to her.

Training Session 2

For our second session, Mistress was beyond accommodating and came to my apartment for our training. After carrying all her belongings upstairs (2 Russian kettle-bells, her purse, and her bag of toys), I was again immediately told to strip, kneel, and submit myself before her presense.

This was again an intense session right from the beginning, as my workout consisted of intense cardio to get my blood flowing (burpees, mountain climbs, push-ups, jumps), but also outdoor exercise involving only kettle bell (lunges, obliges, step-ups, explosive push-ups)

We went back inside for a few cool down workouts (including more kettlebell exercises I continue to use in my free time), in addition to more stretching techniques that have loosened my body and helped my overall pliability.

I continue to think about Mistress every day, and anxiously await the next time I have the opportunity to serve her.

Had my first work out last night with Lady Nyx and if this were a single word review, the word would be WOW. From the minute I walked in to her studio Lady Nyx made me feel like there isn’t anything I can’t accomplish. She has a down to earth believable and positive vibe that just makes you feel good.

But make no mistake, Lady Nyx knows what’s she’s doing. From a detox plan to dietary recommendations Lady Nyx made perfect sense by simplifying the information and explaining what to expect. Lady Nyx also put me through some evaluation exercises and again, her positive vibe was contagious. She explained perfectly what she wanted me to do and her coaching and adjustments show what a true professional she is.

What truly sets Lady Nyx apart from other trainers I’ve seen is she listens. Lady Nyx knows what my goals are, what injuries I’ve had, and even what scares me about taking this on. Lady Nyx made me feel extremely comfortable because she’s just one of those people who I know is going to make me a better person for having worked with her. Can’t wait for round two.

Let me start off by saying I am a total novice sub male that has both thought about hiring a personal trainer and wishing I could find a Dominant woman that would “whip my ass” into shape. So I was looking at profiles and seen Chifetishfitness. After reading her profile I was thinking this is exactly what I have been looking for. But I was skeptical about whether she knows fitness or she is a dominatrix saying she knows fitness. So I met with Chifetishfitness (Lady Nyx) last Thursday 6-7-18 my first impression was OMG this woman is Beautiful!! I was soooooooo nervous but as soon as I met her she put me at ease. She is very nice and easy to talk to. She answered every question I asked and she is a professional personal fitness trainer. I told her I need to be pushed during workouts, held accountable, and I over eat. I started my training two days after meeting her. The workout is intense, but she is a professional and knows when to push and when to give you a break. I am now on a diet program which is a diet where it’s actually hard to eat as much as required and there is more accountability than I thought possible (damn smart phones can’t get away with anything) lol Lady Nyx is everything I had hoped for and more! She truly cares about health and fitness, and is a natural Dominant. If you want to get in shape with a kinky twist I highly recommend Lady Nyx, she’s amazing.

i just want to say how wonderful it was to meet You. You are absolutely stunningly beautiful. The workout was great and i really felt good afterwards. It was really nice being able to enjoy some of my kinkier side while getting the benefit of Your training and “encouragement”. The personal training package is well worth the investment and i look forward to more exercise and getting in shape. The outfit You wore was elegant and very classy. Your thigh high leather boots were a real turn on. i also loved the conversation W/we had. It showed that You are very much together, intelligent, and lifestyle experienced. i look forward to seeing You again and training with You as You wish. i could not be more honored than to be in You presence.
